New Training Frame advice

I fancy a new frame for my training bike to replace my Giant SCR, which is a bit tired and small.
I want something alloy with carbon forks, geometry to match my race bike which is a BMC Team machine with a 535 top tube and mud guard mounts.
I'm used to having full mud guards with proper mounts. Is it possible to get anything as useful for all weather year round riding for a frame without mounts?
Any recommendations for something suitable, new or to search for used?
I don't want to spend loads.

Bought a CAAD 9.
Has left me wondering why we all ended up riding mass produced carbon...0 -
