want to replace my tiagra 4503 triple crankset with 105 5703 triple crank. will this be a straight swap?

If you have FC-4603 cranks, it should be a straight swop, look at the interchange-ability column it shows FC-5703.

Just noticed you have FC-4503 cranks, still HollowTech so if your BB is an FC-4503 you should be O.K.
