Campag TT shifter issue

Hi, just got some of these and have installed seemingly fine, but I can only get 5 clicks (not much good for an 11 speed is it?). Can't see anything wrong, but I'm a bit puzzled by the clutch plate - it has 6 notches on one side and 6 on the other - is this why I'm only getting 5 clicks or is it something else?

I've seen a post on here by someone from Campag technical, if anyone can point me in his direction that would also be great.
