Synapse disc mudguard options??

Just taken delivery of a cannondale synapse 105 disc
As it seems wet weather is still here I'm already looking to fit mudguards
Been looking in LBS at various options but none seem to fit the bike as the rear seat stays no longer have a brake caliper mount at the top & the front fork eyelet mount is a few inches above the brake disc caliper instead of down by the QR skewer
Has anyone actually fitted guards to a synapse disc yet & could recommend a set that fits with minimal modification ?
Cheers

I have an Ultegra Synapse Disk with SKS mudguards on it. They are a very solid fit and work brilliantly. I think they're the 35 mm chromoplastics ones. The guards were fitted by the guys at Cadence in Bath when I bought the bike from them in December (www.cadencebikeship.com). Email them or give them a call and I'm sure they'll confirm what sort they fitted. I have the Ultegra Synapse in black/green and the black guards look very unobtrusive on it. I can send you some close-up pictures of the fitting if you go ahead and want to put some on yours. PM me if interested.

The best mudguards are the ones you leave at home...left the forum March 20230

Markmtb, ignoring ugo's slightly sinister attempt to lead you into getting a cold, wet arse ( ), here are some pictures of how the SKS Chromoplastic narrow road guards fit on my Synpase. Cadence did a really nice job, the guards don't rattle and I've not had to tighten or adjust anything since I got the bike. I removed the daft-looking rear reflector because I always use lights on the seat post if it's gloomy and put some black insulation tape over the rivets to make everything as inconspicuous as possible.
Apologies for the low-quality pictures, they're from a camera on a phone.
Good luck!
Cheers,
Nick

I have the chromoplastics on my 2014 Synapse 105 Disc. See photo in my sig. I had them fitted when I bought the bike, at Swift Cycles in Spitalfields, and they said that they were a bit tricky to fit.Shut up, knees!
