I want to buy the Mavic Crossride 650b wheelset. These come with a 15mm front and 142mm X 12mm rear axles and a 135mm X 12mm adapter. How would i get to 135mm X 10mm axle to fit my Commencal Meta AM HT? I know its possible because i have seen these wheels on this frame. What would i need to do this?

Ask the seller about them. They all say it is possible with optional adaptors."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

how old are they?
current ones can be run as 142x12, 135x12 or 135x10 depending on adaptors. I run one of these in my rear crosstrail
