I quite fancy the Pacenti CL25 rims. These have an inner width of 20mm. Is this a bit wide for 25mm tyres?
I am currently running Michelin SC 25's on 19mm inner width MTB rims. Brilliant albeit a bi heavy. The CL25's are nice and light. They also have the advantage of being 2p a pair less than the credit I have with Planet X that I am struggling to use.
I also have some 30mm Strada Bianca tyres for later in the year.

It'll be fine with 25's. A mate is running 23mm on the SL23 which are only 2mm narrower. The 25mm will have a nice round fast profile on them.0
