Belgian drunk driver gets record ban and fine.
A notorious Belgian drunk driver with no less than 10 previous drunk driving convictions :shock: had to appear in court again yesterday to answer two more drink driving charges committed on the same day in November 2012. The 28 year old man was described as an habitual alcoholic who just does not learn from his mistakes. The man should have appeared in court last September but did not turn up. In his absence he was sentenced to three and a half years jail but the mans defence launched an appeal.
Yesterday in court the man who was caught twice on the same day was sentenced to three and a half years jail, given a twenty one year driving ban and ordered to pay a €20,000 fine
. The judge finished by telling Jimmy D that he has lost all credibility and it,s a disgrace that he still get,s behind the wheel of a vehicle.
Now that,s what i call justice.
