Cheap torque wrench

Ok, made the rookie mistake of over tightening my seatpost clamp and stripping bolt mid ride. Now thinking may be time to get a torque wrench . Any recommendations for an easy to use and cheap wrench that will cover all my needs ?
Cheers guys

IMHO, the cheap torque wrenches with multi settings are not accurate at low torques - not enough to warrant the cost.
I have the Ritchey Torque key - 5Nm only - on the basis that 5Nm is the setting required for many components on my bikes, if it's a bit more then I can tweak up or down - if it's 20Nm or more then there's enough tolerance to do by hand anyway.0 -
I use a Sealey Draper 2 - 12Nm - normally around £50 but have a look in their frequent sales and you'll pick it up for around £12/15.
Used their hand tools for years, never had any problems, lifetime warranty in case anything goes amiss.Postby team47b » Sun Jun 28, 2015 11:53 am

I use one of these. It may not be 100% scientifically accurate but it's always worked for me.

I've only had it for a year or so but it's done all my maintenance, including replacing a full group set. It's pretty sturdy and even at the maximum torque of 12Nm it doesn't feel like it will break.0 -
Got the Topeak a few months back after destroying a front mech by overtightening a bolt. It was cheap at Halfords and does the job fine.0

I bought the x-tools 2-24nm 1/4" torque wrench and a basic 1/4" drive set. It's worked fine for the last couple of years.0
