BB30 to Threaded BB

I've become very frustrated with the BB30s on my cross bike, which in the winter in full race season need serious maintenance on a weekly basis to get them running smoothly. Currently I am using Wheels Mfg adaptors to allow me to use a HTII chainset, but I'd like to get rid of the BB30 cartridges altogether and have something sensible for the conditions. I've found two options

1. KCNC BB that fits into the shell
e.g. http://www.sjscycles.co.uk/kcnc-bb30-bo ... prod33009/

2. An adaptor sleeve
e.g. http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/sp/road-t ... 0000000000

Has anyone had experience of either of these? A search suggests the KCNC is a bit flimsy, but the sleeve can be a pain to remove if you go a bit bonkers and want to return to BB30s.

Have you looked at the Praxis Works solution?
2020 Reilly Spectre - raw titanium
2020 Merida Reacto Disc Ltd - black on black
    2015 CAAD8 105 - very green - stripped to turbo bike
    2018 Planet X Exocet 2 - grey

    The departed:

    2017 Cervelo R3 DI2 - sold
    Boardman CX Team - sold
    Cannondale Synapse - broken
    Cube Streamer - stolen
    Boardman Road Comp - stolen

I might be wrong, but isn't the Praxis a similar concept to the KCNC? i.e., a BB that fits into the BB30 shell. It's a solution, but does it work?

Yes praxis is the same idea as the kcnc but slightly different. As you thread in the drive side cup there is a collet which expands the female part and locks it in position. Seems to be the best option out there without have to loctite in a sleeve.
