Mavic Ksyrium SL Cassette Movement

Hi. I have some 2013 Mavic Ksyrium SL wheels with Shimano 10 speed Ultegra cassette, but i have found that the cassette has quite a bit of "up and down type" movement, almost as if it doesnt quite fit the splines. I have changed the cassette to check it wasnt that and its just the same. The wheels are 1 month old and bought new, as is the cassette, so its not a wear issue. There is no lateral movement and i have added the 10 speed spacer that came with the cassette. The lockring also does up tightly.
Has anyone either experienced this before or knows what to do about it please?
I dont want to keep running it until sorted as moving parts will eventually wear. I will take them back to the shop if no joy, but its 100 mile round trip!
Thanks

If you have the Mavic spacer fitted as well as the Shimano 1mm one then I can only imagine there's an issue with the freehub.0

There isnt a Mavic spacer on there!! Maybe you have identified the problem!
Cheers mate, i'll look into it.Another tree...another cracked rib!!0 -
There should be a thicker spacer (1.75mm) that goes on before the thinner Shimano one. Make sure it's not still in the box as the wheels should have came with one.
