My face is a tad red this evening after my 50 mile ride..

Nice to have a bit of sun and dry roads.

Still some left over from last year. Got 43 miles in earlier so hopefully they'll be setting in for the season soon.
I used to just ride my bike to work but now I find myself going out looking for bigger and bigger hills.

No way near...not sure where you are all based, but not warm enough for tan lines in Derbyshire yet!

I've not been out in shorts yet! I am sporting a novelty mid-calf length tan line from 3/4 bib use which is a bit special though :)

    Quite nicely, thank you.

Though it's not a great look in the swimming pool.

Getting there. Surprised to see so many out in full tights and stuff though. Even yesterday when it was pretty nice.

I'm ginger, so I just have freckled area and non-freckled area.

Got some good ones yesterday. Did a 100 mile sportive (Pilgrims Hospice in Kent), even got a nice line from my gloves.

I got burnt yesterday. My wife has done nothing but laugh at my arms and legs since this morning!

This is a cracking thread. My housemate and I cycled 800k across France last year and I had the best tan lines ever. They didn't really disappear and I've slowly started topping up myself.

I find it amazing how quickly you start tanning. I commute just 20mins to work and 30mins back but the tan lines on my legs are already becoming extremely definied. If anyone knows how to get some actual power inside the legs just as easily/ quickly, drop me a PM :D

I find once you get a good set of tan lines in they never really disappear, you just top 'em up.

I've been out most weekends and was also out in Belgium last week but tan isnt great.

Yesterdays ride did help but I was wearing a Gabba jersey and the sleeves come down to the elbows so I have dark forearms only!

I did a 60 mile ride Sunday, and now have hideous tan lines on my wrists where my gloves have been. My mrs thinks its hilarious.

I seem to have only acquired a tan on the top of my knees. From where my shorts end to my kneecap. Looks a bit strange. I blame all the hedges.
