Cassette Change Question

I currently run a 12-23 cassette and am looking to swap it for a 12-25 for a sportive. (I'll be changing it back afterwards). Will I need to lengthen the chain at all, or will it be ok as it is?

Probably be ok, but try it and see, just don't go riding off on it until you've tested it in the workshop first. Test it by choosing the biggest cog front and back and making sure the chain is long enough to accommodate that without locking up.
