Dartmoor Demon anyone?

Really pleased to have completed this sportive...everyone I spoke to warned me that the hills were hellish. I can report that, yes, they are hellish!!! I had a great time and met some great chaps on route...who were all friendly and rode alongside me at times chatting. Fantastic event and great views...but my lord...those hills!
Still, got up them, got round and enjoyed!
Anyone else go?

    No cos I was in Brittany but somewhat nervous about the dartmoor classic in June!

    Yeap, I did the standard route and really enjoyed it :)

    Didn't find the Dartmeet climb too bad but the Widecombe one was interesting! The final climb back to the race course was just cruel!

    Also looking forward to the Classic in June and the Moor2Sea in Sept.

    The Classic is a great ride, if only for the feed stations alone!! :D

    I'm down for the Grande this year, but may drop to the Medio due to lack of training. :(
