Trek and cycle surgery (CS) praise.

Not enough people give credit when credits due. I bought a Madone 2.1 from CS a couple of years ago and loved it. Unfortunately about 5 weeks ago my rear hanger snapped and broke a small piece of the frame off with it. I took the bike to CS and they pointed it out as I hadn't noticed it. They then sent photos to Trek but I didn't hold up any hope they would honour the guarantee. However, after 3 weeks Trek sent a brand new 2013 2.3 Madone frame and CS put my bike back together, the only cost being for a new rear derailleur. I love my "new" bike and just wanted to public say thanks to Trek and CS (Romford).
