I haven't been too weenie about it. It weighs 7.32kg with cages and pedals etc.

The wheels are 1.5kg, the cockpit is alloy and the saddle is chromo. So could probably get it down to the UCI limit, but as I'm in my 40s and hardly an aging pro, I can't see that being of much benefit to me :-)

Very nice. These are actually made in Italy aren't they? Where did you get it?

No, I think they're Taiwanese frames. They share the design with the Ritte Vlaanderen. Someone said the more recent Kyklos frames have the decal: "painted in Italy".

I got the frame on ebay, good price for the condition, especially compared to the list price.
  • Simply lovely.

    Enjoy it

How do you find the tyres ride please? I've heard good things..........

The tyres are great, especially on the wide rims. You can run them at a lot lower pressure. I'm going to try them with latex tubes next, it's supposed to make an improvement, despite the extra faff of daily inflation.

After that, I may try running them as tubeless.

    Cheers for that info. J

For road, you need tubeless specific tyres...

That's what I meant, replace the Veloflexes.
