Pedals for Boardman Hybrid

Just waiting for my LoC to pick up a Boardman Hybrid Pro, I looked in at Halfords today at the bike and noticed that the pedals are poor in comparison to the rest of the bikes specs. I don't want cleats and was looking at these Shimano Saint MX80 flat pedals as they're a best seller on CRC.

I have MX80s on my Sirrus and really like them. The only thing you need to consider is that if you ride in shorts you will end up with some scratches on your legs from the pins. Doesn't bother me but you may feel different0
