Shimano R561 brakes?

Recently I have been looking at the Specialized Allez Race. it includes the best of both worlds for me.
the specialized allez frame which I like along with the 105 group set.
although I am unsure about the shimano R561 brakes that come with this bike. are they any different to the 105 brakes? I only have sora brakes on my allez right now, would I notice any difference, is there any difference?

i could be wrong but i think they are meant to be between tiagra and 105 in terms of performance.www.conjunctivitis.com - a site for sore eyes0

if you're still using shimano pads, which are dire, swapping them for good ones (i.e. swissstop) will make much more difference than calipersmy bike - faster than god's and twice as shiny0
