I don't know why, but I do enjoy watching this programme. Last night I started wondering whether it's 100% scripted or just 95%. Anyone know?

Was this the episode where Gordon actually walked out and proclaimed he couldn't help them in any way as the restaurant owners were completely unhinged? I saw one - 'Amy's Cafe' or something - and it was utterly bonkers.0

His UK version was much better0

I don't know what series it was but there was this Italian family run restaurant in New York that smacked of mafia and it all got a bit heated. Laugh a minute stuff.

Is that the one where the guy squares up to GR and call him a 'f***ing blow job'?
Hilarious.
And very likely a small-time actor.
Changing the subject slightly, the more I see of programmes like Duck Dynasty (well the 30 seconds of it can stomach), Outlaw Bikers (or something like that) etc, I think more and more that it's all made up and it's actors with scripts.
There are a few seemingly genuine ones....0
