Ok as a rule of thumb for my rear shock ive een using every pound i weight i put 1 pound of pressure in.
Does the same rule work with the front fork as ive never had a air filled front fork only spring
Thanks

You just add what every pressure you need to give the sag you want.

Your rule of thumb for the rear is very poor as there are to many variables.

Look up the manual for your front and rear shocks. Most user manuals are online, and most will tell you what pressure you need top and bottoms based on weight and sag requirement (I.e. 20-30% sag for xc, 30-40% for FR, pressures required based on rider weight etc). Nice and easy then, and gives you a good base place to work from for your personal preference/riding style
