Looking at this bike, do you think it is good value at £200? Can't seem to get more info on it as I am considering buying from someone who knows even less about it than I do! I will check for cracks and wear and tear...

Something odd going on in the Bar/stem area. Also in the rear triangle. Forks look corroded.
