I know some of you crudders are walkers so thought you may like to know that May is National Walking Month. Apparently walking is a great mood lifter and stress buster. As a result I shall be walking furiously with renewed gusto.

    I saw the R & J headline on the BBC website, I was disappointed when I realised it was only if one of them was terminally ill or something. One of those headlines that promised so much...

    Part of the reason I like to get out for a walk at lunchtimes, just allows me to switch off - although the same can be said for cycling really.
