Ultegra BB compatible with tiagra cranks?

My road bike has FC4600/4603/4650 written on the cranks. Basically they are tiagra. I was thinking about buying this bottom bracket bearings:

However the thing it says about "larger axle diameter" in the description has me wondering over compatibility issues. Otherwise Im considering these:

Which seem censored for not much less money. What about crank axle diameters when changing from 105 to tiagra or ultegra etc?

Yes, they're the same size - I did the same and replaced my 105 with Ultegra when it was due - barely more expensive and should be a bit better.

All the Hollowtech2 axles are the same so you can swap them around.
I'm left handed, if that matters.
