DAHLONEGA 6 GAP CENTURY - bike hire help

I am visiting the US early August and want to ride the six gaps century route in Georgia but struggling to find bike hire venues. Ideally I want to hire a decent road bike and helmet. Shoes and pedals would also be nice as I am there on holiday and don't really want to lug them around just for one ride.
I am actually driving through Atlanta to get there and flying out of Atlanta the day after the ride so I could hire a bike from the Atlanta area up to Dahlonega but again ideally hire place wants to be in the Dahlonega vicinity.
