    Have you examined the wheels before using them? It sounds like they may not be correctly built with the spokes not tensioned enough.

    You can pluck each spoke and get an idea of how tight they are ... but that's not as good as a wheelbuilder with a tension gauge ...

    So, got it back and done 40 mike's so far. Seems to be sorted now. They got an ex employee in to true the wheel. He stressed it before truing and seems to have got it spot on, I think he's gone self employed as a bike mechanic now.

    Hope that's the end of it. Also given all details of my issues to boardman and they said they'll sort me something out too. Really enjoyed my 25 miles this morning
