Spent most of the evening trying to get a seal but I'm getting no pressure in tyre at all. No sealant in tyre yet but expected some pressure build up. Been through 2 CO2 cartridges but seal still won't seat properly?

    I assume you're using a tubeless tyre... in which case it should go with a couple of quick strokes with a regular track pump.
    Things to look for are:
      - tyre sitting on the valve : loosen the valve, push it up into the tyre, settle the tyre bead all the way round, pull the valve down and tighten
      - valve not seated : try the above and tighten, might help to push on the top of the valve thru the tyre

    Tried releasing the valve and then tightening up once the tyre was seated. Worked a treat - thank you for all your help!!! :D

    Just a quick update. Gave them a good blast yesterday and all went well.
