That I upgraded and personalised it myself. I especially like the x fusion velvets, such a great fork.

    1x10 on 11 to 36.

I was ripped of my biking friends as they run 2x10 & 3x10. I was told it would be a downgrade. Its made me faster and better as no bail out rings. Im gettimg alot of petsonal records on steava with out trying. Its a faster light bike now. Best upgrade since the dropper.

It's now got rigid forks which is a huge improvement on the cheap heavy and knackered suspension forks it had and i'm replacing the old grip shift with Shimano SL-M310 3X7 RAPID FIRE DUAL LEVER SHIFTERS and replacing wheels with a pair of bontranger's and new shimano HG 41 cassette and 40 chain ..

Cannondale RZ120. Can't say I really "love" my bike, even in the context of the thread it's not a bike I've ever been truly happy with despite many upgrades.

I have a feeling that orange 5 leisure lakes limited edition model just released would be such a bike !

The Votec; who doesn't love matte black?

What would/will I change? Swap the Domains out for a set of Lyriks or Pikes

The Session; Nothing like blasting down a mountain on a full, all-out DH race bike (when you can just jump back on the chair lift and go back to the top  )

    What would/will I change? The sh1tty Elixir R brakes for a set of Zee's

  • I love my reignX because it's strong enough to out up with the abuse I've put it through. My last bike I bent the middle ring on it from pedalling (!) as well as feeling flexy. The Reign feels solid and rigid, and I've got the suspension tuned to where I want it for my local trails. It's heavy but I'm not built to be a climber. I'll grind away climbing and then rip it on the descents. With the dropper on it now, I love the comfort difference that has made.

I love my bikes because -

    - They fit me really well.

    - They're *miles* better than the BSO that I had as a kid.

    - They cost peanuts relative to the car-priced super-bikes that people drool all over in the magazines.

    - I can learn to maintain and upgrade them myself.

Now on to the thing that I *really* like about them -

    - They are, in effect, "beer tokens", in that I can work off my beer calories.

Ride a Five pro 650b-Burgtec-Rockshox-Shimano-Hope kit

    I love it because

    It's a filing cabinet

    It's mostly simple

    The noise it makes

    It makes me push myself

    The NS

Its simple and a decent ride for what it owes me.

I like that i don't see many other Tracers about on the trails

I like that its not perfect in that there are still traces of the old paint in nooks and cranny's

I love that the first time i rode it, it was pretty much perfect and felt like it was my bike
  • I love that fact that my bike can take two water bottles, not to many full sus bikes can.

I love that it's bright green, and only has one pivot to maintain!
