BB - FC5600/FC5700 compatibility

Replacing my bottom bracket. It's got SM FC5600 and bc1.37 24 written on it. Not sure if it's Tiagra or 105 but will it be OK to get Shimano 5700 105 BB? Want something that will last.

    Yes, that will be compatible.

    The bb you have is a 105 5600, installing a 5700 bb would be no issue.

    thanks. according to google, the 5700 is just an upgrade. I've ordered the english thread, 68mm. Hopefully OK.
