Cycle Helmet

I am looking to purchase a reasonable quality road cycle helmet upto about £80. One requirement is to have a net mesh in the ventilation holes, present helmet does not have this and flying insects (bees/wasps) can cause problems.
Also must have a good size adjuster for comfort, reasonable colour range and an element of style.

Any ideas, personal preferences ?
