Ultegra 6800 Front Mech toe in or straight?

Does anyone know if the front derailleur for Ultegra 6800 should be in line with the crank set or slightly toed in towards the frame. I'm thinking of adjusting it as my new bike has way too much chain rub in the high gears. The mechanic at Planet X appears to have toed it in, but most DIY videos and advice on the net for front mech adjustment say it should be in line and I can't find anything specific to 6800. Any advice greatly appreciated.

The 6800 front mech was probably the toughest mech I've ever set up, I run it parallel but I needed an inline cable adjuster to get it spot on but once it's there you should hardly get any rub.

I've just built a bike with 6800 and the front mech needs more adjusting. The tech docs say to line it up toe in by 1mm then straighten it up using the support bolt.

Don't be afraid to experiment with toe-in or toe-out to find the best shifting. I've found that even the most minute adjustment can mean the difference between a shift that hesitates and one that just pops right on the chainring.
