Hi can you tell me if my current wheel hub would take a 10 speed cassette it currently runs 9 speed but not sure if they can take the change or not. How would I find out

Yes. You'll also need new mech and shifter though.

Not new chainrings, 9 speed work just fine 9and single obviously!)........shifter, mech cassette and chain though.
