Trails in North Devon?

Family holiday is taking us to North Devon this year, just outside Barnstaple.
Are there any recommendations for decent trail-centre style rides around there when I get bored of playing frisbee on the beach?

Just get an OS map of the locality and go and find some trails or google the local bike shops and see what they do about rides. Might get yourself on an organised one.Trail fun - Transition Bandit

Allround - Cotic Solaris0 -
These should give you a good starting point:

Also, if you're up for a bit of travelling:
Loads of riding on Dartmoor, but more natural trails, rather than trail centre style.
