Etape Caledonia - accommodation

Long shot but thought I'd try.
Just found out that our accommodation for the Etape Caledonia has fallen through. Looking at the sites prices are high and there's not much local, so I thought I'd see if anyone had more space than they needed or suggestions from past experience?
We need 2 nights kip for 2 guys (getting the sleeper up from Devon on Friday night, travelling back on Monday night.)
