This dragon was the GT and I heard from an expert that it was prone to burst into flames after a side impact.

:( it's a sad day (was) for us peasants. How can anyone possibly defend this reckless show off behaviour 'celebrity' or not?

According to our font of knowledge, the great Oracle (or google as it is now known) St George was a Palastinian who never came to our "great land", and only ever accidentally stood on a bearded dragon, outside a pet shop in Damascus.
Not exactly how I'd choose my patron saint.

    And why not?
We should choose our patron as a local Manchester man. One of the people.
Someone looked up to by the masses who can be inspired by his accomplishments in life.
Someone our children can aspire to emulate when they reach the fullness of adulthood to help our republic grow and flourish.
    Like Bez.
