Replacement headset for 2007 Giant Terrago

Hi. I want to replace the headset on a mate's 2007 (we think) Giant Terrago, but I'm not sure what headset (semi-integrated?) to buy. Can anybody help? Apologies for the crap pics!

Can you take the bearings out? Might be a code on them.
