Trying to work out how I'm going to get my sealant in my new tubeless tyres when the supplied Ultegra valves don't have a removable core. Should i give it a go by filling before attaching or buy a new valve with removable core. Tyres are Hutchinson Fusion 3's.

Many thanks

You can inflate the tyre to seat it then let it down and push the bead in on one side to open a gap to get the sealant in. Unseat the minimum length of bead you can get away with and turn the wheel so the sealant is at the other end when you inflate it.
However, it is much easier with removable core valves (I use Stan's) because the sealant stops the tyre 'popping' back on nicely and you'll have to pump a bit harder.

Sounds like new valves are going to be easier. Cheers

Or you could run without sealant. I do. Fusions without sealant are no worse than latex tubes..
