Advice on fitting Stages PM to EVO386

I bought a Wilier Cento Uno last year that has the Evo386 BB, for simplicity I would like to fit an Ultegra Stages Power meter to it to make it compatible with other bikes I have. Would fitting a BB adaptor effect PM reading and can anyone recommend the appropriate adaptor as even my local shops seem unsure on this one
