Suspension issue?

Hi
I was in Bike Park Wales for the weekend and I have an issue with the suspension. When stationary, the fork seems fine and the headset is tight and there is no play. When I start to cycle over rocks or any rough terrain, there is a knocking feeling coming from the suspension. I don't know if it is the suspension or something else. Appreciate any help here.

What model fork?0

Its a Fox Float 320

Need to try and isolate it. Could be fork bushings, or fork topping out maybe? can you feel play in the fork bushings?0

I don't think it's topping out. Not sure about the bushings, what's the best way to check this?

Front brake on, hand around the seals, rock bike back on forth and feel for knocking.0
