Map my Ride to Garmin 800

Forgot my Garmin the other day so recorded my ride on Map My Ride app on my i-phone.

Does anybody know how if/how I can transfer it to Garmin?......I hate losing miles :evil:

If you search on my site, you'll find a couple of articles about how to export your ride data from MMR to Strava.
The process involves a third party tool that extracts the file for you, complete with the time data.
You can then upload this file to Garmin Connect or wherever you choose.
