Quality new unbranded carbon and alloy frames

I've got a couple of projects in mind that require a custom paint job so I'm looking for quality carbon and alloy unbranded frames. I know there's plenty on eBay and around the net but I'll be looking to resell them once they're complete so could do without the controversy that surrounds the Chinese carbon frames

Any recommendations? There must be quality cheap carbon as Planet X, Ribble, Boardman, etc, can knock out full carbon bikes for about a grand.

    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    FM098 would be my choice. Interesting tube shapes and slightly more surface area to put your mark on.

    Alternatively, why not buy one of the open mould Chinese TT frames?
