Jockey wheels rubbing

The jockey wheel is rubbing on the chain when in the highest gear, only when its in the small front chainring, fine when in the larger front chainring. anyone offer any help please. BTW its 11 speed shimano ultegra set up.

When you say "highest gear", which sprocket are you referring to? If you mean the largest sprocket at the rear (which is usually the one which rubs against the chain), then you should adjust the "B" screw which moves the RD away from the frame. See this for how to do this.

When i say highest i mean the smallest cassette on the rear?

Could the chian be too long? only a suggestion.

Had this recently and my chain was too long. If you are replacing the chain check its length against the old one. There are some online calculators. I bought a parktool brute to remove a couple of links problem solved.

The bike is only two months old.

Maybe its just the B-screw adjustment.

That's correct and now I'm not sure what's happening. A photo would be good.
