Boardman Team FS: bushes

Hi,
I was out yesterday and the rear bushing fell out of my boardman FS team - it's the one closest to the cassette. I know nothing about bushes/bearings so can anyone tell me are these things easy to replace? Do I need any special tools and if anyone has a 2011 Boardman team, can you point me to which one to buy? As I say, it fell out somewhere so I don't actually have it - lost.

Mine actually snapped not so long ago on the downhill track at sherwood pines!! Halfords can get the parts a bit steep at £70 but that's for a full kit.0
