I am thinking of buying a used Planet X Pro Carbon frame.
Will this frame take 25c tyres?

    Yes. definitely on narrow rims and most likely on the wider rims. I've run a heavy 26mm tyre on a narrow rim which gave just 2mm clearance so wouldn't want to go much bigger.
