Scott Aspect 630 2013 vs Cannondale Trail 7 2014

So yeah Scott Aspect 630 2013 vs Cannondale Trail 7 2014 or any other bikes you would recommend for a new rider 5'4" and I will be riding mostly red trails. ( It would be great if you could check out Glyncorrwg Bike centres "The Whites" trail because that is what I will be doing the most often.)

    Neither really mate, not great value you're buying into a brand more than anything. Read this thread and buy one of these instead:

    At this sort of price you will get a much better bike from Halfords, Decathlon or Go Outdoors (Caliber 2.2).
    Big brands aren't good at budget bikes.
