C50 BB shell - aluminium or steel?

Hello. Does anyone know whether the BB shell on a C50 is aluminium or steel? I need to know whether to use thread lock or anti-seize compound when fitting a new Chorus BB. Thank you.

    Carbon with an alloy insert. Most threadlockers act as an antiseize anyway plus it's already applied to new Ultratorque cups
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..
