Took my 10year old to the Olympic park for pre booked tasters - mtb, BMX, and they do road and velodrome - but some age restrictions and who'd want to do that anyway. £12 each - good value and a huge smile on the boys face. Even better you get to visit Stratford which is clinically tw@ free - not.
