Rims for disc brakes?

Hi all -

I'm looking to upgrade my planet x uncle john to discs, and will be looking to either get a new set of wheels built up accordingly.

Any recommendations for rims specifically for discs? Was planning on A23s (already have a pair of these), H Plus Sons or Pacenti, but just wondered if there were any other options out there that are better suited for a disc build and, I suppose, could save a little bit of weight.
