ultegra 6700 or 105 5700 shifters

i prefer the 105 5700 shifters to the ultegra 6700 shifters are the ultegra any different then the 105 shifters

    almost summes up the difference between 105 and ultegra. :lol:

    OK the latter is a tad more refined and lighter, but I haven't been able to tell much of a difference between 5700 & 6700 as a whole.

    I regularly switch bettween bikes, one with 6700, the other 5700 and to be honest I can't tell the difference in operation. Neither is super lightweight to start with, so the few grammes difference is meaningless.
