Which 2nd Hand Carbon Road Bike? £1000 Budget

Hi guys,
So I'm looking to buy a new bike (changing over from a Mondraker Foxy RR to a roadie) and have rather limited knowledge on the subject of road bikes.
I'm looking for the best bike my money can get, 105 or above ideally. I'm 6ft and 90kg so assume I should be looking at 56-58 frames (Mondraker was a large)?
Few I've seen so far are:
Trek OCLV 120
Giant TCR Advanced 3
Moda Echo
Ribble Gran Fondo
Canyon Ultimate CF SL 7.0
I don't really want a bike older than 2012, and it must be a good all rounder.
Any info / advice will be greatly appreciated, and remember, I'm completely new to this roadie scene, be kind!
Cheers all,
Ryan

Just a note:
I need a bike that can take a good thumping too. I'm a retired competitive weight lifter and still train hard (rather strong legs)...
My Mondraker would flex like a trooper when I really mashed the pedals. I don't want some super skinny CF frame failing on me as soon as I give it some beans!...0 -
I'd look at one of these personally, brand new and with Ultegra...

You could get a nice Cannondale Supersix 105 for your budget.0

Thanks for the input guys. I really like the look of the Cannondale and it comes with full 105 which is decent.
Anyone ever had a play on a Moda? They seem to be very good value for what they have to offer.

The Planet X looks amazing and the spec is almost too good to be true for the money.
I'm also dribbling over the RT-57 & 58 which I would hope I could pick up 2nd hand for under £1k...
I'm going to send Planet-X an email now enquiring about a few models now0
