Exocet II saddle clamp issues

Hi, Ive just built up a planet X exocet II with prologo tri40 saddle (tirox rails and i'm 14.5 stone) had three rides on it. The saddle nose has dropped on each ride. Planet x say 8nm is enough however its had no effect. It drops on the same route after 10-12 miles when I hit a rough section. Once its dropped the clamp bolt is relatively loose say 2-3nm however I would not have thought its working loose from 8nm. Not used any form of threadlock at present but am considering doing so. Any other users had this issue and what was the solution? Regards JR
