Merida Big Ninety-Nine 1500 vs Ghost Amr2955

Hey guys, i'm looking to buy some quality MTB. I race mostly forest, woods, mountains, forest road, paths, etc. But of course i spend some little time on classic road. I have 200cm and 100kg (6ft 6inch, 220lbs). I choose between Merrida Big-Ninety Nine 1500 (23''), or Ghost Amr2955 (56/22). First i wanted to buy this Cube, but geometry seems too small for me 
Probably I take Merida, but which one do you choose and why?
Or do you have some other suggestion, in price 2000+- euros?

I've already looked at him (really good and very nice bike), but i think it will be small for me (seat tube lenght only 545mm) and I don't have opportunity to test it, so I don't want to risk paying for a bike which will not fit me
